What’s on offer?
The Modern Kitchen Studio is a 53 square meters film and photographic studio space located in Clapham Junction, SW London, and is available for hire 7 days a week to photographers, production companies, agencies and brands.
The studio has a fully functional and fully kitted kitchen set designed and built to offer you a modern yet homey backdrop for your shoots. The studio has a large movable kitchen island with a built in stove perfect for shoots where the presenter who is cooking must be facing the camera. The two large east facing windows bring in plenty of natural light but the studio can also be completely blacked out if needed.
The space also features a lounge area and a colorama backdrop system for product photography and filming, headshots or interviews.
We have Fiber Optic into the studio with Upload and Download speeds of up to 100Mb/second which is plenty for shoots looking to do any online streaming, or having callers joining an interview via Zoom.
For bigger productions who require extra space, the studio can be hired in conjunction with The Rustic Kitchen Studio for a total of 157 square meters.

Studio Access
The studio is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a staircase or an industrial goods lift. Step free access is available via the lift.
Parking
Off street parking at the studio
The studio comes with 1 parking permit available for 1 vehicle.
Visitor parking is available for £5 / car / hour but there is a 2h max stay and is subject to availability. Spaces can not be pre-booked.
Alternative off street parking
Alternative off street parking is available at ASDA carpark in Clapham Junction which is a 10mins walk from the studio and where additional vehicles can pay via Just Park App and park for the day. Note there is a 1.8m height restriction in the lower ground carpark.
On street parking
On street parking is available on the side roads around the studio with the majority of them being 4h max stay.
